Communication

• Use the Patient Portal for sending non-urgent messages and requests

• Typical response time within 3-5 business days, allow up to 7 business days per policy

Scheduling 

• Appointment requests can be made through the secure Patient Portal scheduler

• Fees may apply if request to cancel or reschedule is sent with less than 48-hours notice

• Repeated no-shows/late-cancellations may lead to a transition of care

Prescriptions

• Medication refills are typically addressed during scheduled appointments

• Between-visit requests may be sent through the Patient Portal

Telehealth 

• Client must be physically in Washington State at time of scheduled visit

• A private setting and stable internet connection are required
