iPNW is in-network with a number of plans, including Aetna, Regence, Premera, Optum, Kaiser, and others. Network status can vary by plan. Please confirm benefits directly with your insurance carrier before scheduling. More information is available on the Policies → page.

Self-pay rates are: $350 for the initial intake (60 minutes) and $200 for follow-up visits (30 minutes).

Before scheduling, confirm:

• Whether iPNW is in-network with your specific plan

• Your copay/coinsurance/deductible for psychiatric telehealth visits

• Whether prior authorization is required

• Whether labs/genetic testing are covered (and under what rules)

Yes—if you are self-pay or using out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request. Reimbursement depends on your plan.

Yes—a valid card on file is required in the patient portal. By accepting the Card on File Terms & Conditions, you authorize charges for outstanding balances related to services provided (including copays/coinsurance, self-pay fees, cancellation/no-show fees, administrative fees when applicable, and balances remaining after insurance reimbursement).

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Patients enter card information directly in the patient portal; the practice does not have access to your full card number.

For your security, please do not send card details by email.

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With less than 48 hours notice, fees may apply: $50 (30-minute visit) and $100 (60-minute visit). These fees are not covered by insurance. Repeated late cancels/no-shows may result in termination of services.

Forms are completed based on clinical discretion. Please allow up to 2 weeks. A service fee of up to $50 may apply.
