Medication management is collaborative, evidence-based, and carefully tailored. The goal is symptom improvement while keeping your plan as simple and effective as possible—avoiding unnecessary medication combinations or overlap. We’ll review your treatment history and current medications (as applicable), clarify goals, discuss options (including non-medication supports when appropriate), and make thoughtful adjustments over time.

What this includes

  • Comprehensive review of symptoms, history, and current medication

  • Shared decision-making around options (including non-medication supports when appropriate)

  • Monitoring benefits/side effects and making thoughtful adjustments over time

Who this is for

  • Adults seeking medication optimization, simplification, or support with side effects

  • Clients who want a structured plan and regular follow-up

  • Those already in therapy or primary care who want psychiatric prescribing support

Not a fit for

  • Urgent/crisis needs (immediate safety concerns, emergencies)

  • Court-ordered or forensic evaluations (including parenting/custody evaluations)

  • Severe substance use/misuse requiring higher level of care (detox/withdrawal)

Safety note: For mental health emergencies, call 911. If you need immediate support, call/text 988.
