A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive review of symptoms, history, and goals—designed to bring clarity and a practical plan. We’ll cover what you’ve tried, what’s helped (or hasn’t), and the factors that may be contributing to your current symptoms. When clinically appropriate, we can include treatment planning and medication options as part of the evaluation.
What this includes
-
Diagnostic clarification and formulation with a collaborative plan
-
Treatment planning (therapy + lifestyle supports + medication options when indicated)
-
Written summary available upon request
Who this is for
-
Adults seeking clarity around anxiety, trauma, perinatal, mood-related symptoms, and other concerns
-
Clients who want a careful, evidence-based second look after partial response to prior treatment
-
Those who prefer collaborative decision-making and a plan that’s realistic to follow
Not a fit for
-
Urgent/crisis needs (immediate safety concerns, emergencies)
-
Court-ordered or forensic evaluations (including parenting/custody evaluations)
-
