Evidence-based supports that complement psychiatric care

INITIAL VISIT

30 minutes

Adults (18+) • WA

In-network • self-pay

Integrative services add a broader lens to psychiatric care—especially for sleep, energy, mood, anxiety, and treatment resistance. We can review contributing medical factors, order and interpret appropriate labs, discuss evidence-based supplements when relevant, and coordinate with your therapist/PCP (or naturopath) to support a coherent plan.

What this includes

  • Lab ordering and review for treatment planning/rule out contributors to symptoms

  • Genetic testing (optional) available via third-party services; coverage/cost varies by plan

  • Evidence-based supplement guidance including professional-grade options

Who this is for

  • Adults who want a broader medical lens (thyroid/iron/vitamin factors, etc.) alongside psychiatric care

  • Clients who prefer cautious, evidence-based supplement discussion rather than trial-and-error

  • Those wanting care coordination across providers (PCP/therapy/naturopath) when helpful

Not a fit for

  • Urgent/crisis needs (immediate safety concerns, emergencies)

  • Court-ordered or forensic evaluations (including parenting/custody evaluations)

  • Severe substance use/misuse requiring higher level of care (detox/withdrawal)

Safety note: For mental health emergencies, call 911. If you need immediate support, call/text 988.

What to expect

  • Integrative options: targeted labs/supplements/genetic testing when clinically appropriate

  • Follow-ups: 30 minutes, typically every 4–6 weeks at first; less often as symptoms stabilize

  • Response time: typically within 3–5 business days (Practice Policies →)

  • Between visits: non-urgent questions and scheduling through the patient portal

  • Telehealth requirement: you must be physically located in WA State at the time of sessions

  • Care coordination: with consent; with therapist, PCP, and/or other members of care team
