Who is eligible for services? I provide psychiatric medication management services via a secure telehealth platform to adults (18+) located in Washington State
Are you accepting new clients? I am currently accepting new clients. To get started, please submit the secure online intake form and once approved you'll receive an email with next steps
How do I get started as a new client? Begin by submitting the secure online intake form. Once your intake is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with next steps
How soon can I be seen, and how long is the first visit? New clients can generally be seen about 1–2 months out. Initial intake appointments are about 1 hour
Do you accept insurance? Integrative Psychiatry Northwest is contracted with many insurance carriers, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Premera, and Regence. Please verify network status and how your benefits apply with your insurance plan
What if I don’t have insurance? Private pay rates apply. Intake appointments are $350 and follow-ups are $200
What conditions do you treat (and not treat)? I work with a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, somatic symptoms, psychotic symptoms, and neurocognitive concerns. If your needs are outside my scope of practice, I will recommend appropriate referrals
Do you prescribe stimulants or benzodiazepines? Prescribing is individualized and based on clinical appropriateness and safety. Controlled medications may be considered when indicated and with appropriate monitoring
Are there any medications you cannot prescribe? As a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Washington State, I can prescribe clinically indicated medication (including controlled substances) within my scope of practice. I will not endorse medication that is unsafe, inappropriate, or medically contraindicated.
What if I have a question, or need a refill, in between appointments? You can send patient portal messages at any time for questions or refill needs that arise between scheduled appointments. Typical response time is within 3 business days (occasionally up to 7 business days)
Do you complete forms or letters (FMLA, disability, ESA, accommodations)? I may complete forms on a limited basis after an evaluation and once care is established. Fees and timeframes (if applicable) are outlined in the Financial Agreement.
What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48-hour notice by patient portal message. I will assist with rescheduling as availability allows
What if I need urgent help or have a mental health emergency? iPNW is not an on-call or emergency mental health resource. If you need immediate help, call 911. You can also call, text, or chat 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
